Cancellations/Returns-Restocking fees:

After an order is placed if it is cancelled for any reason there is a 15% cancellation charge.   Shipping charges are not refundable.

Product returns are charged a 15% restocking fee (this rule does not apply to vials).  35% restocking fee applies to equipment returns. These rules only apply 15 days  from the date of purchase.   No returns will be accepted after the 15 days rule. No exceptions apply.
