Cancellations/Returns-Restocking fees:
After an order is placed if it is cancelled for any reason there is a 15% cancellation charge.
Product returns are charged a 15% restocking fee (this rule does not apply to vials). 35% restocking fee applies to equipment returns. These rules only apply 15 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after the 15 days rule. No exceptions apply.
Sales on personal equipment are final. We only accept exchanges for factory defects and malfunctions, according to guarantee guidelines and limitations.
